R9270X-DC2T-2GD5 not working

I bought A used graphic card. After i am conected The cables and everything i power it on and it says no sygnal Both leds are Light green and Both wentylators are spinning.
Motherboard:GA-H61M-52PV
Power:Cooler Master G550M
CPU:Intel Core i5
4gb ram
