well ATI has been renown for some time to have excellent image quality... especially the radeon series of products.
So IQ cannot improve, as such.
However as you go from a 9500/9600 to a 9800 you get alot more performance, so you can actually <b>USE</b> high levels of AA and Ansio realistically in games.
So in that respect IQ does improve.
I wouldn't dream of not using 4xAA now!
