Ra media server, how do I get rid of it? It keeps asking for am administative password and does mpt accept me admin password.

Any of these methods should work:

In case you are getting a prompt RA Media server and it says to enter password for Administartor (admin) account while installing any program or using the Dell system with Windows Vista, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
System Restore, or
We need to perform system restore using the Vista DVD to resolve this issue.

These are the steps:

1 Restart the computer.
2 Tap during startup until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears. If the Windows Advanced Options menu does not appear, restart the computer, and try again.
3 Press the until Repair Your Computer is highlighted, and press .
4 In the System Recovery Options window, log in as a user with administrative rights, and click OK.
5 In the Windows Vista Recovery Environment, click to select your language, and click Next.
6 Click System Restore.
7 In the System Restore window, click Next to display the most recent restore points in chronological order.
8 Click the Show restore points older than 5 days check box for a complete listing of restore points.
9 Click to select a restore point. Select a Restore Point when the system was working fine without the RA Media Server error.
A good starting point is to attempt to restore from the most recent restore point. If this fails to correct the problem, then try the next oldest restore point until the issue is resolved. Any software installed after the selected restore point needs to be reinstalled.
10 Click Next and then Finish.

Alternative One, or
Alternatively, you can try these steps as well:
Remove the RA Media Server User Account:

Go to Control Panel
Open User Accounts
Select "Manage Another Account"
Click on RA Media Server
Choose "Delete this Account"

I had no problems with deleting this user (RA Media) even though it was password protected.
Alternative two
Remove Dell Remote Access:
Click on Start and in the search bar type Control panel and press enter.
Open Programs and Features.
Locate Dell Remote Access from list and click on Uninstall.

Try disabling Remote Access under System Properties as per these steps:

Click on Start and in the search bar type Control panel and press enter.
Open System
Under Tasks - click on "Remote Settings"
Uncheck "Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer"
Select Apply, then OK.
