Racing Game: System Link AND Split-screen

Hi all,
Anyone know if there's a racing game out there that supports both System
Link and Split-screen simultaneously? I'm trying to set up a small
LAN party that would have two racers per console/plasma screen, all
racing against each other.

In other words:
Console/TV one- Player 1 and Player 2 split screen
Console/TV two- Player 3 and Player 4 split screen

Please, help ASAP would be most appreciated!
