Racing games gpu and cpu

Hello all,
So im thinking about building a racing simulator with the logitech g27. I know it works with the ps3 and pc. So my question is can an i3 4130 with a discrete gpu on a g1.sniper b6 board run racing games like dirt 3 and grid without a problem, btw the motherboard is a b85 and im trying to keep everything at A minimum price wise. No set budget.
