Question racing setup with combined throttle/brake?

Hey guys. I just recently built a computer ($1000 Intel build from here). I'm disabled and have no use of my legs. I would like to get a racing wheel (I really want F1 23 computer game) and have a more realistic option that just keeping the accelerator and brake bound to the keyboard. Does anyone know of a peripheral that combines the throttle and brake?

The only thing I can think of that might help is getting a HOTAS multi-throttle unit like https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Pro-Flight-Throttle-Quadrant/dp/B01M00UHE3/ref=sr_1_4 or https://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-TCA-Quadrant-Airbus-pc/dp/B087DHMT8B/ref=sr_1_13, but this is assuming you can map the accelerator and brake to a joystick input and those controllers send values via basically a joystick axis.

Alternatively you could just get a regular joy stick.
