about to buy a rad 9800 pro and a nforce 2 mobo, anybody know if there will be any compatability issues?

Probably not, depending on your drivers and BIOS rev. I haven't heard anything bad about using that combo. The guys at <A HREF="http://www.nforcershq.com/forum" target="_new">nForcersHQ</A> know everything about nForce2 and compatibility, you can double check with them.

No more than any other card and any other board. Despite early rumours/conspiracies the Nforce/2 is not ATI disabled.
That's not to say you may not encounter problems but no more so than with an Intel board or Nvidia card.
