The Radeon Xpress 200 chipset is out of warranty for a long while. No Windows 7 drivers will be released by ATI. Use these.

Yup, that chipset is a bit aged. Use the Vista drivers that Badge pointed out. That IGP is SM2.0 I believe (not even 2.0b). If you want areo affects I would recommend you get a dedicated GPU.
