Radeon 290 4 gig Club3d Royal Ace bent gpu fins on heatsink

seems i never noticed till cleaning out my pc 2 years later that some pins are messed up on the heatsink and my cards out of warranty can this affect performance or heat issues?

trying to see if anyone can give advice first time i notice this

Some fins being bent a bit isn't going to affect your cooling especially if you just noticed it. I wouldn't worry about it.
