Hi all,

I recently built a PC with:

APU: Radeon 5 2400G integrated Vega 11
MOTHERBOARD: B450M Pro-M2
RAM: Team T-Force Vulcan 2400mHz 8GB DDR4 Ram x1
HARD DRIVE: Western Digital 500GB

and I tried to run Team Fortress 2 at all lowered graphics and it couldn't run for Removed. Got extremely low FPS and I have no idea what's going on. I tried installing some drivers that were noted for my CPU but I may not have the right ones?

I saw benchmark videos online of people using the same APU as me and in their footage, they can run games like CS:GO at 120FPS at high graphics, so I'm wondering what's going on.

Extra Note: My hard drive was from my previous computer and it is 3 years old. Gave it a wipe and is still in working condition but perhaps that has something to do with it?

If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated, as I'm currently stuck with a computer that can't run games as well as I thought.

That's the biggest issue I see in the specs list. Even with DDR4 3200 running in single channel will knock off ~50% of the gpus performance VS dual channel in firestrike benchmarks. the 2400G scored 3600 with dual channel ddr4 3200 and 2200 with single channel ddr4 3200. With single channel ram the Vega 11 in the 2400g is slower than the Vega 8 in the 2200g running dual channel. Upgrading to dual channel DDR4 3000 or 3200 should give you ~50% bump in performance according to the reviews.

Is this the only possibility of what may be the problem, or might there be other factors?
