radeon 520 2gb

Hello there!
I've got a new laptop. Is an Acer Aspire 3(A315-21G-962Y).
It has an AMD A9-9420, 4GB RAM DDR4 and an AMD radeon 520 2GB GDDR5 which is shown in AMD settings as M435. Well I cannot find how to make the dedicated card work. I've set every game on high performance, launched from the gaming tab in AMD settings and nothing.
I mean i think with this setup I should be able to run Black Ops 1 at 60 fps with everything on low. But nah, it runs on 800x600 stretched with 20-30 fps.League of Legends too,runs on 1366x768 with 60 frames on very low with framedrops in teamfights.
HELP ME PLEASE!

1st. do you have drivers installed, if your not sure definetly check.
2nd. if you do, check that you laptop is using your Graphics Card and not your CPU for gaming.
if that isnt the issue, perhaps there is a cooling issue which is causing your components to overheat and thermal throttle (slow down to cool down)
