Radeon 5670 or Geforce 440

I am planning to buy a 1GB graphics card.My monitor's native resolution is 1366x768. Is it a wise choice?. I will play NFS, Battlefield and COD games. I have 300W PSU. My system configuration is Intel i3-2100(3.1GHz,3M cache), 2x2GB 1366Mhz RAM, WD 500GB 7200rpm SATA HDD. I am not planning to upgrade my PSU now. I just want to buy a card and connect it to my board.
After some studies, I listed two cards. Radeon 5670 and Geforce 440. My preference is HD 5670.
Does this card support all EA Games's games? Why does they prefer Geforce cards? Does that mean they are not supporting Radeon cards?

HD5670 or HD6570.

No Nvidia card under $120 is worth buying, because similar priced AMD cards offer much better performance.

The HD 5670 is faster than the GT 440 so that should be the card you should buy.
