Question Radeon 5700xt 2nd monitor resolution

I have a dual monitor set up and my displayport monitor works perfectly fine but my second screen going through hdmi 2.0 is stuck at 640x480... I'm unable to change it on the windows display screen or in the radeon software

The 2nd monitor worked fine as the primary monitor up until I started using the display port along with the hdmi.

Raedon Software is up to date 19.12.2

Any help would be appreciated!

Need specs of the system, what video card and what are those monitors you are using? Using any sort of adapters/converters?

I'm having the same issue now. I have a 4k monitor I use with DVI and a TV with surround sound using hdmi. Today hdmi just stopped working period on any monitor or tv tried 10 hdmi cables and after going through and manually re installed all drivers it came up but at 640 and shuddering it wont let u change resolution and now it won't come up at all I have the strix 5700 xt my build is like 3 weeks old so it ain't beat up
