Radeon 5770 temp sensor problem

i bought xfx radeon hd 5770.
i put it in my computer and installed drivers .
and noticed the air that was coming out was too warm to be normal.

so ive been struggling for som hours to find out how to be able to see the temperature

i tried first speedfan then lavalys and then the BIOS and im still unable to see the temperature

Everest has the ability to do it but im not sure if you need the Ultimate edition or not. Anyway download GPUZ. When its running go to the sensors tab and you will see the temperature displayed. Or if you have not done so already go to the CCC and under overdrive it will list the temps.

Im sure there is but i havent used speed fan for about years now. If no one answers back in a day or so PM me and i will give you alink to a forum where there is a good tutorial.

run speed-fan and at the 'readings' tab check GPU for the 5770 temp

If you didn't already, try this (Windows 7 and Vista only); Right click on SpeedFan and select Properties. Check the Run as an Administrator box and click Apply
