Radeon 5970 sapphire 4gb graphics card can do 4k resolution?

hello my question is can I get 4k resolution with this card? looks like all it has is 2 dvi ports and a mini displayport. and all my sony 4k tv has is hdmi ports. thank you

You'll only be able to do 4k@30Hz then. Only HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.2 can support 4k@60Hz, there are no DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 working adapters out there that works properly, and there are no DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 cables exist. You'd need a lot of computer power to run 4k@60Hz smoothly anyways.

Yeah, 30Hz will be fine for movies, but for games, extremely bad gaming experience if you did that.

Go to the catalyst, desktop management, then desktop properties and it should give you the choices there.
