I'm thinking of purchasing one of these for £56 ($88). Seems like a good price to me, but I'm fairly new to computers.

Or would it be better to buy a 7770 for around $140, thus compromising the rest of my build a little (low budget)?

Thanks in advance

I don't have a pc yet, I'm getting the parts for one at the 6570 seemed like a good choice.
I'm thinking of getting a Quad-core Pentium processor or, if I can get it for a reasonable price, there's a 2.67Ghz i7 I've been watching on ebay for a few weeks.

Where can you get one new for $60, or second hand for $30-$45? I've been on about a dozen different sites and not found one for lower than the price I stated above.

Thanks, I guess ebuyer is the best place

though 2gb of RAM is kind of a waste in that card, I'd recommend the 1gb version if you're thinking of buying one.

Thanks, pretty good prices, but I live in the UK, should have made that more clear, on the UK version of the site it's more expensive, and I shall buy the 1gb one if I do buy the card.

Hi, sorry didn't see this message until afterwards, I would have thought the 6770 would be worth the extra few pounds.

Thank you for your help! 😀

Ah, £50? Seems quite good for the money. I'll consider it, thanks.

cards like 6570 it is better for you to look 1 gb variant. the 2gb of vram on the card doesn't really help because in most situation the card itself will be out of grunt before it can take advantage all the available VRAM. plus with more VRAM onboard the price could increase as well with little to no benefit to gaming performance.
