Radeon 6750 Fans working, but not displaying

I had this Radeon HD6750 1GB GDDR5 in an old computer I never used, but has been sitting for 4 years now in a storage unit, and I thought I'd use it by putting it into a Lenovo desktop(Lenovo K450e ). The power supply in the Lenovo desktop didn't have the PCI power cord, so I swapped it with a 650W one that I had on hand. The CMOS battery was also bad as well, so I swapped that too.
After putting the new GPU in and connecting everything, I booted it. Nothing comes up on the display. I used an HDMI and a VGA converted to DVI. It did make 2 short beeps at startup, but I don't think that meant anything.

After it wasn't working, I put the old card back in and booted it and it worked fine. (Also had those 2 short beeps at startup.)
I removed the ram as well, but that didn't change anything.

The fan on the GPU works fine, but it won't display anything.

Any ideas on this, or could the card have gone bad?
