Radeon 6850 lag problems

^ is what I have.

I'm having problems viewing 2 flash videos on 2 different monitors. Or how 1 flash video lags me if I'm playing a game while watching it. My screen(s) will freeze and then unfreeze until I can exit out the video and then everything will be normal!

I have dual monitors. Monitor 1 as my main desktop/gaming. Monitor 2 usually just Skype and a browser.

i7-2700k OC @ 4.5
8gb ram


Anything else you need just ask! I don't know what's wrong 🙁
