Radeon 6950 2gb vs PCI-E 2.0 x8

I was wondering if I am limiting my card by using it at x8. I currently have an ASUS M4N75TD motherboard and from what I have gathered the slots say x16 but in reality each slot is only x8. Questions comments concerns?

PCI-E 2.0 x8 should not limit the 6950 on a single monitor.
