RADEON 7500 - TV-OUT not working properly.

My newfound Radeon 7500 AGP card on Windows XP does not scan any channels on installation process...seems to be scanning analog. I have an earlier ATI card which installed and scanned fine,

Is it a All In Wonder card. The normal cards lack TV in(and the tuner), TV out should not need a channel scan as it will use a video input on the tv(AV/Video/Game/ect).

Can I get some more info on your setup and what you are doing?
