HD7770 is stronger then the 650. However both GPUs should be able to play almost all modern games at ultra/high settings at that resolution (assuming u turn off anti aliasing).

I would personally go for the 7770 since it generally has a better price to performance ratio and it'll definitely provide more future proofing at 1366*768 resolution.

Apparently the GTX 650 is considerably more powerful. As a bonus, you can play PhysX games with it and use some of the unique Nvidia technologies like Adaptive VSync.

that would be the 650ti thats more powerfull. he was asking about the 650, which is weaker than a 7770.
