Radeon 7770 run COD:Ghost

On the system requirements for COD:Ghost it says it requires for the minimum settings a 'Video: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTS 450 / ATI® Radeon™ HD 5870 or better'. I have the Radeon 7770 Ghz edition and curious if I can run this game at 190x1080 in max settings.

Uhm, its hard to say since the game is not out yet. But an educated guess would be medium to high, leaning more to medium if you want above 50FPS constantly.
