I have a asus cm 6431 and i want to know if a corsair cx 600 not the v2 and a shappire 7870 dual x oc will fit inside the case without touching another component

The PSU in your PC is a std ATX unit. So, the Corsair will fit fine.
The card is 8.86" in length and takes up 2 expansion slots. You will have to open your case and measure from the expansion slots to the nearest obstruction to be sure. If a HDD is in the way, perhaps you can move it to a different position on the drive cage.

But that is a short card, so I don't expect any issues.
