Radeon 7950, disorted & pixel won't load windows 8

Hello everyone ,

I really need some help with a pc issue..

Today, my pc was running fine and smooth, suddenly after sleep mode the screen went black and never came back. I restarted the computer and then a weird small screen on the top left corner showed up and disappeared. Very low resolution frame with some colors in it. I remember seeing a title MMOV...or something.

Now I'm seeing some distorted picture on my screen and also on my bios screen. Windows 8 won't start up and always goes to repair mode and then a black screen. I've attached some screen shots to clarify what is really happening.

I tried changing the card slot to a different PCI slot, changed the rams and still having the same problem, even tried on a different screen. same issue ...

I would really like to know what is causing this issue. I can't work or do anything at the moment since i'm using Chromebook laptop

Can you try another graphic card or on board graphic card? see if it happens on on board card or not on any other card.
