Radeon 7950 install help (electrostatic discharge)

Is Electro static discharge even something to worry about when installing a GPU because many people say that it's so unlikely not even worry about, also if I work on hardwood floor in my basement, and just touch the PSU am I good to go?

You will be fine. There isn't a chance no. I would just ground myself by touching the case and install it install the power cables power up the machine and be done
