Radeon 9800 XT Strangeness

I just went to Best Buy and purchased a new ATI Radeon 9800 XT 256MB, and when I opened the box, instead of a graphics card being inside, all of a sudden Egyptian mice ran out at me and began to GNAW at my ankles. I shut the box hoping to cut off the flow of them, but all of a sudden Coleen Lopez came in the door and hit me in the face and she opened the box again, she wanted the mice to come. Apparantly, Coleen was the Queen of the Egyptian mice. What a bitch. Who can help?
