Radeon Additional Settings not detecting game.

So Ive recently had some problems with my PC. If you've seen my post about the CCC,then thats one of them.
Anyways Ive found a way to access the CCC indirectly through an older version of Radeon Relive 16.11.5,I open up Radeon additional settings there. I was psyched when I first found it worked,as Ive spent the past 4 days working on a way to fix it.
I set the battery options and etc to Maximum performance.
Then as I went over to set my game,Paladins to maximum performance. I found it wasnt there in the add applications,I figured it might be because I havent opened it yet.
So that I did,you can guess the next part. NOTHING appeared in the recent applications.
I have absolutely no idea what is wrong.
But could my Paladins shortcut in the desktop not having an icon mean anything?

Im not that dumb ,no offense intended.

But the thing is ,it doesnt detect the game .
Even when its running in the background it doesnt appear in the running applications,even when I add application myself it isnt there.
The place where you monitor what GPU is being used for certain apps.
Even when Im running Paladins,It doesnt show up there.
Im at a complete loss.
