Radeon Bad Image?

Fresh new build, getting a Radeon error.

Uninstalled all msi drivers and still getting error code. Windows 10 pro activated.

What can i do? I searched code but having a tough time figuring it out as i am not tech savy

If not try: Download and run Display Driver Uninstaller from here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and use it.
If still no good, try something like CCleaner: http://www.piriform.com/ and run its registry tool to clear out the registry.
