[SOLVED] Radeon custom resolution refresh rate change to higher, now no signal on monitor

So i changed my refresh rate on the custom resolution settings in amd settings to a higher refresh rate, this then saved.. it seemed okay but then my monitor started to say out of range.. i left it there hoping it would revert back but it didn't, so i rebooted my pc and it booted like normal, only thing is my monitor is now saying no signal, nothing at all from the moment i start pressing the power button on my pc, the monitor still remained saying no signal. I dont know what to do now tbh, i cant access safe mode, or even enter the bios

My motherboard is a B450m steel legend
My gpu is an rx580
And my cpu is a ryzen 3 1300x

Please help anyone

This is my first build , so i don't have any extra gpu or motherboard.

Hmmm, I wonder if you could boot from say a portable Linux drive and find the gpu settings in a system file or something...

I wouldn't know how to do that,what are the steps if i were to do that?

Let's try this first: press F8 while booting and hopefully you'll see options onscreen before getting to Windows. Select "Enable VGA Mode" and hopefully you can get into Windows from there and delete the bad custom resolution. Detailed instructions here: https://www.computerhope.com/jargon/v/vgamode.htm
