radeon graphic card not working properly

i've bought a new dell 5570 with 8gb ram and got pretty excited to play games on radeon 530 4gb graphic card and now this grapic card isnt even runnig counter strike properly even on the lowest graphic settings any help??

Unfortunately that card is for light gaming and for multimedia purposes mainly it has a 64bit interface even if it is 4gb memory. But cs go should work welll on low settings on 5 v 5 games at around 60fps. Try to install the latest drivers for your card. As above, it's an enter level GPU, so don't expect much from it.
