Radeon HD 4670 IceQ Turbo PCIe 512mb video card - Who wants it?

I am giving away this card to whoever wants it, but I will only ship it within the continental United States; I don't care to pay for international shipping. There is no money involved in this transaction, hence why I'm not listing it in the Tom's classified section. I'm simply trying to help someone who would appreciate this card, and who it would represent an upgrade for. It is PCIe 2.0 (works in a 3.0 slot) and has two DVI connectors.
