Radeon hd 5450 compability

hi, i wanted to buy new graphic card only for playing BD movies and getting true hd sound. After doing some research i found that hd 5450 will fit my needs.
but before buying it, i wanted to know if i will need to change anything else in my pc, to get this card running. because i dont want to spend a lot of money on this.

so here what i have:

AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 220 Processor
Mainboard: CM1630, AMD 780G Chipset.
4GB DDR3
GPU: AMD 760G
380w power supply.

Looks like that would work fine, if you can find the newer generation HD6450 for similar price it is a little better HD card.
