radeon hd 5450

Ok so I've got a radeon hd 5450 it's in a dell optiplex 755 sff running windows vista 32 bit, 4 gig ddr2 ram but all I get is a black screen.

I've changed the setting in the bios to detect the graphics card and checked it's seated correct and still no joy any ideas

its an old card, might just be done. Check to make sure fan is running, blow dust out, clean contacts where it plugs in.

Do you think it is even being detected? It probably is dead.

The card was "new" and the box was unopened and it's a fanless cardI have a feeling its the slot but o's there a way for me to check this
