GTX 460.
Because you want to do 3D modeling, Graphic Design, which CUDA cards are better than ATI cards.
Both cards will run just fine on the either mobos...

GTX 460 is a better choice, but not just for 3D modelling,design etc. Its more powerful than a 5770 in games too,so go with it. And yes it should work fine on both motherboards
