Radeon HD 6570 1GB on 250w PSU?

Ok I am upgrading my PC. I have already bought the RAM, I'm just looking for a GPU now. I have been looking around and people say you can run it on a 250w PSU. My specs are Athlon 64 X2 3800+, 4GB DDR2 800MHZ PC2-6400, 160 GB hard drive and DVD/CDRW. And then the graphics card.

recommended wattage for this card is 400, you might get away with a 250watt psu, if ur psu is good and from a reliable company.
i would not advise it though.
but if you did alot of research, and see that in fact it does work, then that's urs to decide.

I don't think you should use it, it might damage all of your parts which is a terrible thought, go with a 550W to be safe, I don't want your PC experience to be ruined.
