Assuming they are same price, which one should I go with.
I want to play games such as Dishonored, DayZ at 780p

i use a 6670 (asus 1gb gddr3) and ive not found anything it cant play yet (at the right settings obviously) its the reccomended budget card and has been for a long time on the toms gpu heirachy- meaning itll do the job, im playing crysis 3 on mine at mo, getting 25+fps playable just at 1440 but i drop the res and up the eye candy to play at 30-35fps

The GT 545 is one of these infernal OEM cards, which makes it a bit harder to tell. But I think it'll actually sneak in ahead of the 6670, assuming you're comparing apples to apples (same memory type one each, be it DDR3 vs. DDR3 or GDDR5 vs. GDDR5).
