Hello, I have gpu fans spinning but not working.

Yesterday I was playing videogame Unturned (Steam). The GPU was fine until I joined server, got away from keyboard for 3-5 minutes and when I was almost near PC, just watched at monitor, it blacked. I could not move mouse or anything. I resetted the PC and nothing. Just going and when the windows 10 loading screen has done, it blacked again. I was today trying to run the Windows via safe mode with networking (to upgrade drivers) but before I just right clicked, selected Catalyst control center and it had error message that I dont have any GPU connected while it was, with spinning fan. The GPU is connected trough PCI/e. I tried disconnecting and connecting two cables from GPU. First cable disconnected, GPU fan spinned at max. Second cable, I dont know but now I have them in correct place. The Win Can someone help me? my PSU has 550W and I have Sapphire (AMD) Radeon HD 6800,
3,10 GHZ AMD ATHLON proccessor. I will be really happy if I get answer to this. Thank you

Did you try reseating the video card? Do not mess around with the power cables aside from reseating them, both cables need to be in if it had two power connectors. Could be a dead card or power supply, what is the brand and model of the power supply?

Only way to start finding where the issue is would be to test the card in a known good system with a good power supply and test a known good card in your system.

Yesterday I uninstalled it from computer, and put to anti static bag that come with that gpu. PSU brand is Be Quiet! Straight Power E5-550W (discontinued)

That's not a bad power supply, not one of the better ones but not horrible enough to be a clear issue. Test the video card in another system, that should tell you where the issue is.
