Radeon HD 6970 good find for $50?

Someone is selling Radeon HD 6970 for $50, is that a good card for the price? 2gb vram
And I'm also planning on getting a new PSU, is EVGA 500b a good choice? (for $40)

It is a power-hungry hog and only 2GB of VRAM may be problematic in many newer games. You may also want to bump the PSU quality up a notch to a Supernova B2 if you want to stick with EVGA.
