Radeon HD 7000 / Windows 10 / Second Monitor

Dell OptiPlex 9010 with two Radeon HD 7000 adapters - upgraded to Windows 10 with clean install - second adapter no longer connects to second monitor (have tried DVI or VGA cables). All drivers up to date.

you have 2 graphic cards or 2 outputs in the back of your Radeon HD 7000? Not clear.

Is CrossFire enabled? Check the AMD Catalyst Control Panel, it's enabled by default in compatible configurations. If you're using CrossFire you need to plug both monitors into one card, if not then you can plug them into either card.
