Radeon HD 7650m driver don't work HELP !!!

I recently upgraded my pc to windows 8.1 and now when i run "dxdiag" it says i have Intel Hd graphics and i tried to downlod a driver but it doesn't work any piece of advice where i can found a solutin for my Radeon HD 7650M video card? P.S. I have a laptop

u r using a laptop.....and there is a power saving future..........

Laptop can switch between integrated Graphics and Discrete Graphics automatically .....according to GPU load......
