I'm looking to upgrade my tired Radeon HD 5450 2 GB 64-bit DDR3 graphics card. My computer specs are listed below. I've narrowed it down to two cards that may work well for a decent card that can handle Diablo 3. Any suggestions? I would like the capability to overclock as well.

Radeon HD 7770 consumes more power (almost 75-80Watts) than Radeon R7 250 (65 Watts)
But other than that, in case of texture filtering and pixel rate (for higher screen resolutions) Radeon HD 7770 is far better than Radeon R7 250.

The Radeon HD 7770 only has 1 GB of memory, but the R7 250 has 2 GB. Would that make a noticeable difference that would make the R7 a better choice?

The $140 Radeon ASUS HD 7770 is a bit out of my price range. For $85 after rebate, the PowerColor AXR7 260X Radeon R7 260X 1GB seems to be a better option than the MSI AMD Radeon HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5, correct? For that price range, would you all agree that the Powercolor Radeon R7 260X would be a good choice? Links below

So I got an XFX Radeon HD 7700, PCIe 2.0 x16, 2 GB DDR3 for $50 used on a local website. I've stressed it a little, and no issues I can see. Overall, this card has tons of power that I am more than happy with.
