Radeon HD 7770 vs Radeon HD 7770 GHZ edition

While these two may not exactly be the best examples, but why is the GHZ edition cheaper than the normal one? Is it anyway inferior than it? Will I get the same FPS and graphics on the two? There are more than just these examples of why the GHZ edition is cheaper than the normal. I just would like to know the difference.

Seems like the more pricey needs 2 expansion slots (in the PC case) and has two MiniDisplay ports instead of on VGA port.
