Heya,

I got an issue with my Sapphire Radeon HD 7870, i feel like my 3dmark scores are lower than they should be.

Here's my speccs:
Intel Core i7-3770K
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX 1600Mhz DDR3 16GB
MSI Z77A-GD65
Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz 2GB GDDR5 "OC Version"
Corsair AX 850W

I'm running 2 7870's in XFire, but I've tested the cards one by one aswell. Here's my 3dmark 11 score for a single card: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4871758

And here's a result when running 2 in XFire: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4871938

From what I've read the Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 OC-version should get graphics scores around 6800-7000 in performance mode in 3dmark 11.

I'm running the latest drivers. What can be wrong? What can I do to increase the performance of my graphics cards?

Yeah, that's correct. But the single card score is quite a bit lower than the 6500-7000 score I've seen others get in tests, why could this be?

Just a thought, could the fact that they're using a different motherboard (a better one in fact), aswell as CPU have something to with them getting higher graphics scores? It seems to me that there's a too big difference for it to be something like that.

I can accept a difference of a hundered, or maybe 200 score difference depending on other hardware, but in this case it's close to a thousand score difference, which leads me to think that there's something wrong. Would really appreciate some help on this.

Yeah, no doubt it affects the TOTAL score, but is it really the total score they're showing? Is it not the graphics score?

Oh, lol. That explains quite alot. Here I've been thinking that the standard on these tests is to show the graphics scores.
If I told you that my system is completely stock, not overclocked in any way (except the GPU which is OC'ed from the manufacturer), would you say that my scores are normal concidering these other tests which I've linked?
