Radeon HD 7950 Cannot Detect 3rd Monitor

Hello,

I have a Radeon HD 7950 and it just can't seem to detect the 3rd monitor I have. Even on the AMD Catalyst Control Centre it cannot detect it. My main monitor is connected to the HDMI, second on the DVI and the third is a DVI connected to a mini display port with an active converter. I also have the latest drivers installed. But it just can't seem to detect it. I'm not trying to run Eyeinfinity or anything. I just want to extend the desktop to all monitors for work.

In case there's any need for this, here are the resolution for my monitors:

1st: 1920x1080
2nd and 3rd: 1280x1028

I've already wasted so much time trying to fix this and to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

you need dual link monitor cable mate... your monitor also needs to support dual link.
basically you use 1 output to run 2 daisychianed monitors.

My DVI monitors should already support dual link. I had this set up before with these monitors, but with my new computer (and now Windows 8.1). It just stopped working. I already tried the usual update drives and such. But nothing came up.

try setting up multi monitor support in the amd ccc pannel.

I tried to do that, but it just doesn't detect the 3rd monitor, so I'm stuck with controlling only two monitors.
