Just installed Radeon HD5450 and now how do I get my onboard NVidia card to work for a second monitor?
I have the Radeon working on HDMI and if I plug my VGA monitor into that cards VGA port I get a second display but nothing is accessible on it. The cursor will not go there. I have selected 'use to extend desktop'.
If I then remove it from the Radeon card and put into the motherboard slot, the old VGA NVidia port I get nothing.
How can I reactivate the original port on the mainboard?

You cant, not with normal drivers at least you may be able to trick the computer into thinking its a standard VGA adapter but even then it might not work. Unless you have a lucid hydra motherboard nvidia and ati drivers do not work together.
