Hi,

I decided to change my current GPU on something more efficient but I have some hesitation.

Here's my config:

MB: Asus M4A89GTD-USB3
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 450 @ X4 3750 Mhz 1.36V + SPC Spartan
VGA: VTX Radeon HD 6770 1GB GDDR5
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 4x2GB 1600Mhz @ 1580Mhz 1.57V
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W

I was thinking about HD 7850 (best choice IMO), 7870 and finally R9 260. Which one of these will be best to my configuration? I think R9 might be bottlenecked by my CPU, which isn't great but highly overclocked.

Thx mates!

Generally im looking for GPU with best performance-price ratio. Wattage and noise level are also important. I know that 7870 might need stronger PSU however AMD says 500W would be sufficient. How about R7 260X? Will it use full potential of my CPU?

Yea, th 260x should use your CPU to its full potential, it is equivalent to what Playstation 4 and Xbox One has, AMD made those consoles.

Here is a video benchmark comparison between 260x (PC) vs PS4 vs XboxOne
