Radeon HD6790 Resolutions?

Is the ATI Radeon HD6790 1GB GDDR5 enough to max Battlefield 3 at 1080p res.

Also what are the maximum resolutions I could play the latest games at 60fps with this card, and will it support blu-ray and hd web videos?

Is the 6870 a more cost effective choice?

Ok, UPDATE!

I will purchase a monitor online, bro is being selfish...("I have to play too you know!"). It's a Samsung 21" LED 1920x1080p monitor, I am going to place the order with a graphics card purchase and I think that the 6950 is the way to go...If it is better for the money I will just skip those other 2 cards...or maybe a 6970?

the 6950 is more cost efficient, if you look at toms benchmarks there will not be a major gain in performance over the two cards
