Just to let anyone who is wondering know I have read the *How to Ask for Advice about Choosing a New GPU* post, however I will be ignoring that format since I have already made my decisions based on those questions. What I will say however(since it might help you even if we're talking about just 2 cards) is I have a Sirtec HP-500-A12S (V2.3) power supply and a AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.8Ghz CPU(I will be changing it in the future for a AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.40GHz).
So now it's down to one final decision one which card to actually purchase:

I would like to know which one is better mostly for gaming(and watching some hd movies on ocassion). I would like to get at least 60fps on 1920x1080 rez with everything on max, hopefully for at least the next 2-3 years in my games.
The main difference I notice beetwhen the 2 cards is the first one has a better processor speed(aka 1050Mhz) but the second one has a better memory speed(aka 6000Mhz). So which is more important for runing games, how do they work and what exactly do they do?
I would like detailed answers please(even if it gets technical) I am here to learn as well not just make a purchase. Answers like "I'd go with the first one." or "The second one is better." won't help me much.
