Radeon R5 graphics card upgrade

I want to find a replaceable video card that is higher that the Radeon R5 graphics card I have right now. Here are my computer specs:

computer: HP 15 TS Notebook PC
Processor: AMD A8-6410 with Radeon R5 graphics 2.00GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB
System type: 64-Bit Operating system, x64 based processor
Pen adnd touch: Full windows support with 10 touch points
