Is this Gpu any good ?

My current Gpu is Geforce 210 (1gb DDR3) and and I play Heroes Of The Storm mostly , will I see a huge difference in performance ?

it depends upon what the rest of your system specs are . cpu , ram , mobo , psu , etc. but that r7 240 is a far far far better card than the 210

Specs are :
CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual E2180 2.0GHz (Overclocked to 2.6 Ghz , it is Stable)
RAM : 4 GB
Mobo : P5LD2-X/1333
Psu : Lenovo / Model : P4-1100W
Since my Motherboard has a PCI Express x16 1.1 , will it work with The r7 240 ? since it's a 3.0 Card
